With its new corporate website, Algo Group aims at offering to its customers an even more immersive experience right from the home page, where the brand's 60-year history is narrated in a video that focuses on the people who have enabled the company to become an international leader in the aftermarket sector over the years: its employees. The story unfolds through an exploration of the production chain by Algo personnel who, from design to final installation, will take the public on a journey inside the company, with a focus on the different locations, products, and services.
The new Algo corporate website is characterised by a completely new, fresh, and very intuitive graphic design. It is available in 5 languages - Italian, English, French, Spanish and Polish – and ensures a smooth and pleasant customer experience. Right from the home page customers can perceive the quality of the company, which is a player both in OE and IAM.
The quality of the company is guaranteed not only by its numbers and long history but also by the certifications that it has received over the years, which can be found in the dedicated section of the website. The quality certifications have been obtained by all the 3 production plants, demonstrating the thoroughness that characterises the product testing processes.
The product showcase is now presented dynamically for an even more complete and detailed overview and divided into 3 product macro-categories: Window lifters; Handles; Switches and Fasteners.
E-commerce has its own dedicated section as does the catalogues, which can be consulted online or downloaded in PDF format, and available for all the group's brands: Lift Tek; Electric Life; Miraglio; PMM.
The e-commerce platforms available to the customers are still TecCom (Order Manager) and Inforicambi (Algo e-commerce).
A News Section has also been added to keep customers and visitors of the website informed about new products, company activities and everything related to the world of the Algo Group.
The user experience on the new website will be seamless, without interruptions from one channel to another. Indeed, the user will be able to directly access the company's Linkedin and Facebook profiles from the website and at the same time be updated on the latest news, with all the newsletters and press releases. This is the result of an integrated omnichannel strategy designed to make the experience of those browsing the new Algo Group corporate website even more engaging.
